Silvia, I think you're probably right that vyl = some form of "to be" (am, is, was, were), but until we know for sure, I really think we should leave it wide open or even off this translations page. Auxiliary/modal verbs

Ruk man you esutl seek thyr jalun you to the ishka of the eutshoo.

Esutl would almost have to be an auxiliary verb, no? I can't think of any other words that would make sense in context.

Off the top of my head, possibilities are:

  • must
  • should
  • will
  • would
  • could
  • shall
  • can
  • may
